These Terms of Service govern your use of yoel-koskas-fine-art.myshopify.com (the "site") and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.

The store

The site is operated by Yoel Koskas, based in Israel, selling original fine art photography in print form. Pieces are hand-printed to order in Israel, the United States, and Canada.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken in full at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment clears.

Intellectual property

All photographs on this site are the original work of Yoel Koskas and remain his copyrighted property. Purchasing a print grants you the right to display and enjoy the print in your home or place of business. Reproduction, resale of the image, or commercial use of the image in any form is not permitted without prior written consent.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping limitations. If we cancel an order before fulfilment, you'll receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yoel Koskas Fine Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from any product purchased. Direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, unless local consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
