Shipping policy

Each Yoel Koskas fine art photograph is hand-printed to order. We take care to produce every piece to the highest archival standard, which means a small wait — but a piece that lasts.

Processing time

Orders are produced and dispatched within 1–3 weeks of purchase. Larger formats and acrylic prints sit at the longer end of that window.

Where we ship

Photographic paper and canvas prints — ship worldwide.
Large-format prints — ship to Israel, the United States, and Canada.
Acrylic plexiglass prints — ship to the United States and Canada only.

Delivery time after dispatch

United States and Canada: 5–10 business days
Israel: 3–7 business days
Rest of world (where available): 10–21 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your piece ships.

Customs and import duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT under the destination country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Damage in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement.
