Refund policy

Every Yoel Koskas piece is hand-printed to order. For that reason, all sales are final. We don't carry stock — your piece is made specifically for you once you place the order.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours the print process has started and the order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel within the 24-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Damage in transit or production defect

If your piece arrives damaged, or with a clear production defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos showing the issue and the packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement at no additional cost.

Frame colour or finish choice
Customs duties or import taxes paid by the buyer
